I prefer furry things ,self too, but fish is a good substitute until we are ready for the commitment of cats again

My other half keeps fish and they’re pretty low maintenance so a good choice for an easy to look after pet (but I prefer furry things myself!)

we had a couple of fish when 6yo was a toddler. he loved watching them.

We would love a cat, but we’re not ready for the commitment again at the moment, so fish seems a good choice.
