Oh I do love searching in rockpools, we did it on holiday too, the children loved it. I used to live by the sea and we would go there at the weekend and see what we could find, I always enjoyed it .

Oh Karen, this looks ace. We’re going to Coombe Mill in October, so your posts are only making me more excitied! Although, rock pooling might be out for us judging by the weather at the moment!

It looks like you had a lovely time in Cornwall. I’ve not been to Daymar Beach-think we need to visit it next time we’re down. Isn’t rock pooling the best fun

I love rock-pooling. I remember catching a small fish in my flip flop one year in Cornwall. I love your pictures and I often think it is the days we expect little of that turn out to be the best of all

That castle looks amazing, and I love that he had clear ideas about it all! I loved rock pooling when I was little, too. We’ve yet to do it, with Little Man still being quite young, but we will, we will!
