Birds – weekly theme prompt
The weather has been so good this week, I wanted to choose a theme where we could make the most of the outdoors, so this weeks theme is birds.
There are lots of different things you could do with a bird theme from bird watching in the garden, to feeding the ducks at the river, making a bird feeder, to doing some bird artwork.

We have just bought a cute little bird house which we have placed up near some trees in our garden, hopefully it will attract some little birdies x

I liked them too
There’s another great one combining a couple of the ideas – pine cone bird feeders. Add a string tie on a pine cone then smear pine cones with peanut butter or lard. Roll them in fine bird seed and hang up for the birds to enjoy! (just hand them high enough so your thieving dog doesn’t steal them!!)
Thank you, we collected some pinecones on holiday, so may give that a try x
Love all these ideas, especially the bird bath! Unfortunately, the birds in our part of the world have migrated to cooler climes.
