Fireworks art
As it’s nearly Guy Fawkes night, I thought it would be nice to do some fireworks pictures with the children. Firstly we did some wax crayon pictures…..

The children enjoyed colouring the bright wax crayon colours and then scraping off the black, to reveal the colourful fireworks underneath. It was just like magic! (Little tip, use a lolly stick to scrape off the black, but you may want to sharpen the end slightly to make it a little easier).
Next, we had a go at chalk fireworks drawing on black paper…..

This was fun, as the children could do exactly whatever they wanted within their imagination!
Glitter fireworks pictures
We saved the best for last…..GLITTER fireworks pictures, every childs art heaven…..every parents art nightmare!
This was definitely my children’s favourite. They LOVE glitter! Glue followed by glitter equals heaven!

I looked at your first pictures and though oooooh ahhhh so pretty…then I scrolled down and saw GLITTER!!! Yes please
Ah, glitter equalling lots of mess, but lots and lots of fun! (thats what we did it at Nanas house, haha!)
*steals ideas* my boy will love making firework pics, thanks for sharing x
Great, I hope you have fun
